Combine two lists

Nice script to combine two lists of keywords.
For example, enter a list of action words (buy,
purchase, find) in column one and product
descriptions in column two. Especially useful
to generate AdWord keywords.

German additions are for the special characters
Ä, ä, Ö, ö, Ü, ü and ß and also give the option
of adding a dash between words.
